By visiting daisymaids.com, requesting a quote, scheduling a cleaning service, or otherwise engaging with Daisy Maids (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services are available in Salt Lake City and throughout northern and central Utah, including Sandy, Draper, Provo, Orem, Ogden, Park City, Layton, West Valley, and surrounding areas.
3.1 Estimates
Quotes provided via phone, email, or our website estimate form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs materially from what was described.
Daisy Maids charges by the job, not by the hour. Your quoted price covers the full scope of the agreed service.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Recurring clients will be notified in advance of any rate changes.
Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement between you and Daisy Maids. We will confirm your booking via phone or email.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative time.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

While our team takes great care in your home, accidents can occasionally happen. If we damage an item during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address the situation in good faith.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Utah law, Daisy Maids’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Daisy Maids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or loss of income.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Our services and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy Maids disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
